Credit Cards - Visa/Mastercard gladly accepted. After you go through the checkout, you will receive an email invoice that will have a link to a secure website where you can pay for your purchases. We see none of your credit card information. You should receive this invoice shortly after placing your order if you place your order during normal business hours but could take several hours depending on your ISP, the time of day/night and your time zone. You don't need to sit and wait for it. We will hold your order until you receive your invoice. Sometimes spam filters intercept it so you should contact us if you don't receive it within 24 hrs.

PayPal - We also accept PayPal. You don't need a Paypal account anymore.

Check or Money Order - At checkout, select 'Check/Money Orderl' as the payment type. Then in the 'Additional Info' box state which method you prefer. Checks require 3-5 days to clear before shipping. After we receive your order we will send you the address to send payment.

All credit card processing is done through Propay or PayPal so we don't see any of your personal info. The information we get is your name, address, phone # and email address and this information is kept strictly confidential. Under no circumstances would we ever give out any personal information or use it to our advantage other than to send an occasional newsletter. If you receive an email newsletter from us, you will be given the option to be removed if you wish.

Guarantee...
If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our beaded jewelry, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a complete refund (minus shipping) with no questions asked. If you see a pair of earrings you like that have posts instead of hooks or vice-versa, indicate this change in the comments when you check out and we will be happy to make the change for you at no extra charge.

Gold & Silver
All of the gold that we use in our designs is 14k gold filled unless otherwise stated. We try to find the best price we can on 14k gold filled but sometimes it is just too expensive so to keep the price down for our customers we may use gold plate/gold tone. If we do, we will state 'gold plate', 'gold tone' or just 'gold' in the description.

All of the silver that we use in our designs is sterling silver unless otherwise stated. Again, to keep the price down for our customers we will occasionally use silver plate/silver tone. If we do, we will state 'silver plate', 'silvertone' or just 'silver' in the description.

We no longer display an email address on this website due to the volumes of spam received. We tried an email form but that didn't stop the spammers. Be assured that when you place an order with us, there will be an email address and a phone number on your email receipt so you can contact us for any reason.
